UYD Management is a behavioral data science consulting firm that focuses on helping companies use AI, machine learning, and behavioral science to solve complex challenges involving human behavior.
Tayo Rockson
Tayo Rockson is a Behavioral Data Scientist with an unusual superpower: he can predict what you're going to do before you do it.
Growing up as a diplomat's son across four continents, Tayo learned early that being an outsider means you notice patterns others miss. That skill—reading human behavior across contexts—became the foundation of his career in data science.
Today, he builds machine learning models that predict customer churn, employee turnover, and user behavior for companies like Google, Adobe, and Uber. But unlike most data scientists, Tayo doesn't just find patterns in the data—he understands the psychology behind them. That's what happens when you combine 15 years of behavioral science with cutting-edge AI/ML training from UT Austin.
He's also the author of "Use Your Difference to Make a Difference," a three-time TEDx speaker, and the host of "As Told By Nomads," a podcast ranked #2 Business Podcast by Entrepreneur Magazine.
When he's not building predictive models or playing pickleball, you can find him explaining why the best data science isn't about the algorithms—it's about understanding the humans behind the numbers.
